revealed significant mismanagement within FEMA, identifying billions
in improper payments and questioning costs related to its pandemic
response from January 2020 to 2023.
*The idea is that early neutering or spaying will curb behavior issues as
the pet gets older, but Gibson points out that several studies have shown
this to be untrue. "There are also added health benefits to allowing dogs to
keep their reproductive organs intact into adulthood," he says. The
community is responding to this new data, and more vets and owners are
holding off six months to a year to remove reproductive organs.

Daylight saving time will begin for 2025 on Sunday, March 10 at 2
a.m. local time
Mark your calendar for the Border Collie Club of Arizona AKC Herding
Trial, which opens on March 1st. COURSE B TRIALS will be held on April
24th & 25th, which will include 2 Sheep B Courses and 2 Cattle B Courses
each day! It's a great opportunity to get those B Course titles. The
club will also be hosting Course A Sheep, Geese & Cattle on April 26th &
27th.
ASC of AZ will host an ASCA trial, which opens on March 3rd. This club
will offer 2 Post Advanced Sheep & Cattle Trials on April 8th. On April
9th & 10th there will be Farm Trials on Sheep, Cattle & Geese and 6
arena trials on April 11th, 12th & 13th.
April...
The ASC of AZ will be hosting 2 Post Advanced Trials on April 9, 2
Farm Trials (all 3 stock) on April 10th &
11th and
6 AM/PM Arena Trials on April 12th, 13th &
14th. This event will offer Silver Buckles for High Combined WTCH,
High Combined NON-WTCH, High Combined Other Breed, Most Promising
Started Aussie & Most Promising Started Othe Breed. The trial opens
on March 11th, 2025, so get your entries ready as this trial WILL
fill
Border Collie Club of Arizona's Premium. This event will offer
Course D on April 25th & April 26th and Course A (all 3 stock) on
April 27th & April 28th. Judges for this event will be George
"Rusty" Jeffers and Karen Trimble. Mark your calendars for the
opening date on March 1, 2025, and send in your entries.
